At Tranquility Massage, we value your time and the dedication of our therapists. To ensure a smooth schedule and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our cancellation guidelines below:
Appointment & Arrival Policy

Walk-ins welcome — text ahead to check availability.

Please do not arrive 20–30 minutes early.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client — full session fee still applies.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes.

Missed appointments without notice will be charged:

$35 for the first missed session

100% of the service fee for any after that

Emergencies, illness, or severe weather are handled case-by-case.

If you’re feeling unwell (fever, vomiting, flu-like symptoms, or on antibiotics), please reschedule.
Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Can be transferred with the physical certificate or online code.

Expire 2 years from purchase.

Certificate must be present at the time of booking.

24-hour notice required for cancellation. No-call/no-shows forfeit the value.

Deposits required for Sunday bookings or new certificate use.

Not responsible for lost, damaged, or misused certificates.

Please allow 4 weeks' notice when scheduling with a gift certificate.
Fragrance-Free Policy

Please do not wear perfumes, aftershave, or scented lotions.

Use fragrance-free laundry and personal care products.

We reserve the right to refuse service if this policy is violated.
Holiday Rates & Closures

Rates may vary during holidays and closed dates — based on a sliding fee scale.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage is therapeutic and professional — not sexual in any form.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in:

Immediate termination of the session

Full payment charged

Possible report to authorities

Phone calls and emails are returned within 24–48 hours during business hours.
