IN WHAT CASES IS FREE ADMISSION TO THE UNIVERSITY ISSUED? If we conduct a survey among students, most of them answered that they would like to attend a university on a free schedule. But, it is important to understand that free access is not available to everyone, and only students who have special reasons can count on it. Due to the fact that free attendance provides for periodic attendance of classes, that is, the student comes to the institute only when it is convenient for him, then the student must have a really good reason. In today's article, we will talk about the cases in which a free visit is issued. Grounds for issuing a free visit The term "free attendance at a university" is quite often replaced by "an individual schedule for attending an educational institution." So, there are three types of reasons why a student can switch to an individual schedule: health problems, child care, and other circumstances. But, it is important to understand that even the presence of one of the above reasons like is not a guarantee that the university will approve the transition to free attendance. In some cases (very rare) a student can switch to an individual schedule if he works in his specialty. All these nuances are relevant for full-time education, since the correspondence student attends the university only during the session. The Academic Council of the university individually considers each application with a request to switch to a free schedule. To start the process of considering the application, the student needs to get a "green light" from at the department or dean's office. After that, the student must go around the entire teaching staff and collect signatures, which are evidence that the teachers do not prevent the student from switching to an individual schedule. Immediately after the student collects all the necessary certificates and signatures, he must submit them to the administration. For several days, the academic council will consider the student's application, after which it will issue its verdict. In order to confirm the reason indicated in the application, the student will need to collect all the necessary documents regarding the state of health, the birth of a child, or the presence of an official job that requires a permanent presence. It is strongly not recommended to forge these documents, as this initiative may lead to expulsion. In some cases, the academic council decides to exempt the student from attending classes only partially. For example, a student may not attend practical classes and seminars, but he is obliged to attend lectures. In resolving this issue, objectivity comes to the background, and the final decision largely depends on the attitude of the rector to a particular student. If a student has an impeccable reputation and has never violated the charter of the university, he has a very high chance of getting free admission.
