The door will be locked until 5-8 minutes before your appointment, call us to let us know you are here for your appointment time. It's not necessary to be 20 or 30 minutes early.
Parking: In front of the building and behind our building if no space is available out front.
Phone calls & Emails:
Are always returned within 24 - 48 hours, during regular business hours. You must leave a detailed message to get a call back. Due to Robo-calls, Robo-emails, and now Robo-text, we screen all our calls, text messages, and emails.
Website chat box is the fastest way to reach us, while in between clients.
Rescheduling due to unfavorable weather conditions, low temperatures or family emergencies are understandable. If you have sniffles, drainage, cough or sick with a cold, sinuses, taking a round of antibiotics, cold meds, or have flu-like symptoms. Don't schedule.
Your appointment will be shortened if we don't get your client intake forms filled out prior to your scheduled time. We may not be able to give you a full hour depending on what we have available and if we have a client coming in behind your time.
